About the role The Team Lead Technical Marketing is in charge of driving design in / win for Protection & Filtering Products across all regions. In this role, it is necessary to remotely coach and manage a team of Technical Marketing Managers for Protection & Filtering and Zener Diodes, which are spread across the Nexperia base regions in three continents. What you will do Manage and coach the global Technical Marketing Team to achieve their key KPI Drive design in / win (DI/DW) process to maximize reference DI/DW for differentiated portfolio and customer value. Align and execute Marketing focus programs (revenue and design in/win) for differentiated Protection Portfolio Maximize Innovative Sales and improve product mix Support the Business Fulfillment Team to generate Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF) business plans per region (customer/segments) with the regional account teams Support regional account teams to execute revenue against RFF plans Support innovation roadmaps in the regions by identification of portfolio gaps (new product opportunities) Closely connect to key roadmap drivers at customers and reference design partners and maximize their input to our product roadmaps Establish and execute an efficient process between the Protection Technical Marketing Managers, Product Management and Business Fulfilment teams What you will need Master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Marketing Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a marketeer or application engineer preferably in or with exposure to the semiconductor industry or consumer electronics end-equipment industry Strong experience in B2B Marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and methodologies Leadership competencies to lead a global team of self-organized Business Marketing Managers across three continents In depth Semiconductor market knowledge (ideally Discretes Business) Preferably semiconductor device physics and electrical engineering knowledge Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach Highly self-motivated, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in international teams Strong customer focus and service orientation Willingness to travel Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
