Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining solid relationships with the network of real estate consultants, providing comprehensive support at all stages of real estate transactions. They act as the main point of contact for the consultants, ensuring efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
* Service and Support: Offering personalized support to real estate consultants, clarifying doubts and helping to resolve problems.
* Transaction Management: Closely monitoring real estate acquisitions and transactions, from the acquisition stage to the conclusion of the deal.
* Documentation: Checking and organizing the necessary documentation for each transaction, ensuring legal compliance.
Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, process management or the real estate sector will be valued.
* Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Organization: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Interpersonal Relations: Ability to build and maintain relationships with different audiences.
* Proactivity: Pro active and results-oriented attitude.
* Computer literacy: Basic knowledge of computer tools.
* Languages: Fluent in German and English
