JOB DESCRIPTION
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our People systems and tools, specifically Workday HCM, Absence Management and Compensation. You’ll be primarily focused on building, enhancing and maintaining Workday functional solutions in HCM, Absence Management and Compensation through continuous live-environment improvements, with opportunities to also support large, strategic projects such as rolling out a new module and country rollouts.

What you’ll do
1. Be a subject matter expert for Workday functional topics
2. Design, build, test and deploy end-to-end Workday functional solutions to improve the Tech Function and wider business at HelloFresh
3. Proactively identify opportunities to improve HelloFresh by using Workday as a transformational tool
4. Consult with stakeholders at all levels to ensure Workday is built with HR customers and en-users in mind
5. Drive functional workstreams in strategic projects
6. Provide production support and work on troubleshooting and resolving critical issues
7. Coach and mentor junior colleagues in the Global People Systems team on Workday functional topics
8. Take a leading role in maximising Workday’s reporting and analytics capabilities
9. Optimize and maintain the security model in Workday and ensure it’s aligned to the People function and business end users’ needs
10. Maintain data integrity in system by identifying data error trends and performing system audits
11. Develop and maintain user support materials (‘how to’ documents, videos) and deliver training to colleagues across functions
What you’ll bring
12. At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing and deploying Workday functional solutions
13. An in-depth understanding of the HR function - having knowledge around HR processes, structures, roles and responsibilities
14. A deep knowledge in key Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation and Absence Management
15. An extensive understanding of key workday functional areas such as Staffing, Worker Data, Organisations, Business Processes, Security, Reporting & Analytics
16. Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas in an easy to understand way
17. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
18. Bachelor's Degree with excellent grades in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR Management or related field
19. Experience in SCRUM would be an advantage
Nice to have:
20. A consulting background - with a proven track record of asking the right questions to find the best solution and challenging requirements where necessary
21. Experience in Workday data conversion and EIBs
22. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, being comfortable with complex formulae and managing large volumes of data
