Your responsibilities
1. Serve as the central point of contact for all asset-related budget planning activities and acting as the primary interface to Finance for Mid Term Planning and forecasting
2. Own, develop, and maintain the project and maintenance list, ensuring it is the central process for planning asset-related risk and maintenance investment activities
3. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and tools, and implement enhancements through cross-functional cooperation
4. Develop and conduct regular training sessions on the tool and process for key stakeholders from sites
5. Provide detailed analysis of planned and current spending profiles, identify optimization opportunities, and monitor changes throughout the fiscal year
6. Coordinate in-year project prioritization and manage the operational project approval pipeline
Your profile
7. A relevant university degree in economics, finance, engineering or natural sciences
8. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
9. Work experience in operational planning and management of similar business processes is highly desired
10. Sound commercial and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of planning processes
11. Ability to work effectively across different hierarchies, technologies, and countries, with strong stakeholder management skills
12. Willingness to undertake international travel
13. Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial
