About the Role: In this role as a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers in the entertainment sector. Your work will primarily involve handling customer inquiries through chat and email, with only a small portion of your time (5-10%) dedicated to phone calls. You’ll be a vital link between the brand and its customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
* Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
* Strong communication skills, with an interest in sports
* Well-organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Competent in typing and computer applications (particularly MS Office)
* A positive team player with a proactive approach
* Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card (Visa support is not provided for non-EU citizens)
* High school diploma (Previous customer service experience is a plus but not necessary)
