As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
Your Role
Daily Operation Management:
* Be responsible for procuring, replenishing and maintaining office supplies and various daily necessities (such as coffee, drinking water, etc.) to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
* Maintained office equipment and facilities to ensure their normal operation and promptly handled equipment failures.
* Create and maintain a clean, comfortable and stylish office environment, and regularly inspect the sanitation conditions of the office area.
Reception and Relationship Coordination:
* Arrange office visitor reception matters and provide considerate reception services.
* Keep close contact with suppliers, service providers and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of various cooperation.
Travel and Meeting Support:
* Provide support for other colleagues' business travel arrangements, including flight ticket booking, visa application and other related matters.
* Be responsible for the coordination of meetings and activities, including venue arrangement, meeting materials preparation, etc.
Document and System Management:
* Maintain an accurate record and filing system for administrative and company documents to facilitate document retrieval and access.
* Ensure that all employees comply with company policies and office procedures, and promptly remind and correct violations.
Other Support Work:
* Assist in IT material management, delivery and maintenance to ensure the normal flow of IT materials.
* Provide general support for visitors and employees as needed to solve the problems they encounter in work.
* Strictly abide by the supervisor's task assignment orders and job responsibility delegations, and efficiently complete various work tasks.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of work experience in office management or related fields.
* Possess organizational and coordination skills, office equipment maintenance skills, data analysis skills, and document management skills.
* Proficient in English and German.
* Good at communication and able to build good cooperative relationships with all parties.
* Strong adaptability and problem - solving ability.
* High sense of responsibility, abide by company regulations, and keep company secrets.
* Strong learning and adaptability.
* Willing and able to relocate from Stuttgart to the Frankfurt office in the future.
