About your team : The Team “Software Development Data” develops and supports our data transfers between all of our internal systems as well as interfaces to our clients. We design databases and ETL Jobs, build reports, and maintain a document management solution. We are responsible for the smooth running and system operation and for the 2nd level support. About your role : Your objective is organizing our large amount document management (more than 20 million documents p.a.) in a way information can be successfully retrieved for daily requirements integrating business and technical staff. You will organize service and internal product management and be responsible for a team for the technical implementing, maintaining, operating and monitoring the FFB document management solution. You play a key role in understanding the needs of our several business stakeholders regarding our document management solution and how to set them up. You will also manage setting up new document types and destinations as well as implement transfer rules for them. You will manage ad hoc tasks regarding these documents like hiding them or correcting their metadata. You are the contact person of our business for any kind of questions regarding the system and the documents. We have an in-house built solution for document distribution, which gives you the chance of developing your skills in database development. This solution provides several ways of distribution as well as mapping metadata to the documents, and waits with a lots of tasks for you, like setting up the users, defining their roles and rights, creating several reports for them, and also drive forward the further development of the application. A technical affinity is required for this. You will work on constant enhancements and improvements of the applications in close cooperation with the business stakeholders, the external software vendors and the hosting service provider. You will cover the key parts of the software lifecycle, from test preparation, test management and production rollouts to ongoing production support. You will work on projects as well as day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for performance testing and application optimization to ensure scalability and resilience to meet FFB's growth ambitions. You manage the underlying hardware, operating system and databases and help keeping them up to date.
