Are you ready to join us? Your Job Do you love planning various HR projects and have a strategic mindset? Then come join our HR Strategy and Projects team and help us to support large HR projects that affect the entire organization. Assist with key HR projects such as compensation, onboarding, and ways of working. Organize and coordinate performance review processes, including communication, template reviews, performance cycle setup, and calibration support. Provide administrative support for our engagement tool, Officevibe, including user management, communication, and building presentations. Maintain and regularly update HR SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate and accessible. Support training programs through communication efforts and by creating PowerPoint presentations. Create Microsoft Office forms and questionnaires to support various HR initiatives. Draft and refine email templates for consistent and professional communication.
