Your Role & Responsibilities [1728183] You are the Region Europe Media Lead for team x, based in Berlin or Düsseldorf, managing media strategy and operations for 17 markets. You lead the design and implementation of a centralized media hub, overseeing addressable media planning and buying, and ensuring governance across the region. You collaborate with a team of 200 media specialists, network leaders, and digital experts, ensuring seamless integration and impactful media strategies. You build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients, including the Regional Head of Media at Mercedes-Benz, and local media agency leads to drive success. You manage the timely and accurate delivery of media work, from planning through to delivery and billing, ensuring high-quality execution across all markets. You oversee the hiring, training, and management of your team, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting team growth and performance. You contribute to the commercial setup and management, ensuring efficient operations and strategic alignment with business goals. You leverage the OMG network's resources and expertise to support local market teams, maximizing their capabilities and success. You promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across team x, including teams outside of Europe, to enhance performance and innovation. You develop and communicate a vision for the media hub's evolution, ensuring its continuous improvement and alignment with client needs. Your Skills & Experiences You are a well-rounded professional with strong skills in client management, network leadership, digital strategy, and media planning. You are experienced in managing international media operations across multiple markets and have worked within media or communications planning environments. You possess commercial acumen, capable of defining work scopes, managing projects, and driving centralization of planning and activation. You are skilled at consulting on best practices, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and working with a diverse set of clients, markets, and data. You excel at translating strategic thinking into actionable projects, processes, and results, setting a vision for programs of work. You simplify complex ideas to ensure campaign playbooks, insights, tools, and systems are fully understood and effectively utilized. You have a strong track record with digital-focused clients, specializing in ad tech, digital channels, and data-driven marketing. You are adept at working with digital performance data, defining KPIs, linking metrics to customer behavior, and creating intelligent, insightful reports. You have experience delivering and adapting global strategies, with a focus on integrated media and content campaigns. You are fluent in English & German, with an international outlook, and experience in the automotive or luxury category is a plus.
