We’re hiring a Founding Sales Lead for a high-growth B2B SaaS startup scaling in Germany. Backed by top European VCs, the company is already seeing strong traction and is looking for a sales leader to drive ARR from early traction (€50K) into the millions.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a key market, build and lead a sales team from the ground up, and shape go-to-market strategy at an early but well-backed stage.
What you’ll do
* Own the go-to-market strategy for Germany and execute hands-on
* Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on mid-market B2B deals (€20K+ ARR)
* Build and lead a local sales team (2 AEs, 2 SDRs)
* Define scalable sales processes and performance metrics
* Develop strategic partnerships and represent the brand in-market
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years in sales, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
* Proven ability to close mid-market deals and run short sales cycles
* Experience building and managing sales teams
* Strong understanding of the DACH region and its business culture
* Fluent in German and English
