Tasks
As the Partner Manager for Strategic Network Infrastructure Partners, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships at the top management level both internally and with partners. You will develop innovative NT partner strategies to ensure a high-performing partner ecosystem for DTAG and take on the project leadership for corresponding NT partner initiatives. Your task is to further develop the partner ecosystem, especially in the network infrastructure area, with a strong focus on innovations, new developments, and trends – both strategically and technologically – to benefit DTAG.
Other exciting tasks within your responsibility include:
* Defining the corresponding demand by identifying joint innovative use cases, including setting up the relevant partner management and projects
* Being responsible for the Partner Account Plan activities (360-degree view) including KPIs, identifying new trends and innovations, and thus ensuring shared success with strategic NT partners
* Taking end-to-end responsibility for conducting NT partner meetings involving DTAG top management, with innovations as a constant element
* Ensuring consistent and conflict-free communication towards strategic NT partners
* Increasing internal transparency through information management regarding strategic NT partners
* Collaborating on company-wide initiatives and supporting cooperation between NT partners and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining close communication with technology areas to quickly anticipate innovations and trends in the partner ecosystem and adapt them in the best possible way for DTAG
Profile
You have a degree with a focus on electrical engineering, communication technology, economics or computer science or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of partner management.
Furthermore, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
* Excellent experience in both traditional and agile forms of cooperation
* Extensive experience in managing strategic/cross-functional projects
* Expert knowledge in the field of network infrastructure: Mobile radio, fixed-line, service platforms, and cloud, particularly in relation to DT infrastructure
* Advanced knowledge in defining key performance indicators as well as in contract management and administration
* Expertise and detailed knowledge in partner sales management, contract negotiations, and partner initiatives
* Excellent understanding of Telekom's strategy and innovation fields
* Excellent understanding of the telecommunications industry and its partner ecosystem, as well as the latest technology trends
* Strong team orientation, a pragmatic approach to challenges, and the ability to achieve goals even in complex environments
* Strong communication and intercultural skills at all hierarchy levels, including top management, with a high level of integrity and discretion
* Ideally fluent in both English and German
