What makes this role unique:
Join CLEVR in St. Ingbert, Germany (near Saarbrücken)as an Experienced Support Consultant, where you’ll play a crucial and dynamic role within CLEVR. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer incidents, answering inquiries, and implementing application changes. As an Experienced Support Consultant, you will manage your own group of customers, ensuring clear and friendly communication and consistently exceeding their expectations with your proactive approach and forward thinking. You will collaborate closely with other CLEVR Support Consultants and your manager to provide the best possible service. This role demands strong communication skills, dedication to customer satisfaction, and a solid grasp of our products. Ready to take on the challenge?
Your role will include:
1. Handle complex incidents and changes reported by a customer.
2. Implement fixes and changes and deliver to CLEVR Support standards.
3. Keep the incident database up to date.
4. Handle proactively generated problems to keep an application safe and future-proof.
5. Handle the work on time, meet the SLA KPIs, or escalate in time.
6. Deliver First Time Right.
7. Take ownership and responsibility of your work and customer applications
8. Check the work of your colleagues.
What you bring to the table:
9. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business IT and Management
10. Knows and applies the best practices of the support department.
11. Knows the ITIL basics within the support department.
12. Fluent in English and preferably in German, verbally and in writing.
13. Strong communication and analytical skills
14. Java(script) basics and Styling knowledge (CSS).
15. Mendix Advanced certificate is preferred. But don’t worry, even though knowledge of Mendix and other technologies is a big plus, we are very happy to train you in this! A CLEVR bootcamp is available for you.
