Your mission
As part of our Sales Germany team in the New Logo area, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers across Germany. Using analytical prospecting, you will search for and identify suitable customers, ensuring through smart nurturing that not only are leads generated, but they are also effectively developed to convert them into opportunities and long-term customer relationships. You will demonstrate to potential customers, through use cases among other methods, how they can address their challenges effectively with our solutions.
You will work closely with internal colleagues such as Marketing, Market Development, and Pre-Sales to successfully acquire new customers and transition them to the account management team within a year of onboarding. You will sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, independently manage projects to successful completion, and coordinate the winning team that provides you with the necessary sales support.
YOUR MISSION
* New Customer Acquisition: You are responsible for acquiring new customers in Germany.
* Analytical Prospecting: You use a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize potential target accounts. This involves filtering the most efficient and promising companies from a large pool of prospects. The process combines analytical tools, market data, and customer-specific characteristics to optimize the acquisition process.
* Smart Nurturing: You ensure that leads are not only generated but also effectively developed into opportunities and long-term customer relationships. This is characterized by a customer-centric approach, relevant and personalized communication, targeted touchpoints (e.g., calls, emails, social selling, and events), and a sustainable sales approach that prioritizes customer value over quick deal closures.
* Sales Planning and CRM Management: You create sales plans and maintain the sales status in the CRM system.
* Customer Engagement: You skillfully inspire new customers through targeted consulting and planning for our portfolio, showcasing tailored solutions.
* Presentations and Events: You organize customer presentations and workshops and represent the company at trade shows and events.
* End-to-End Sales Cycle: From initial contact through qualification to contract signing, you manage the entire sales cycle for new customers.

* Experience in IT software sales, ideally in enterprise or IT service management.
* A proven track record in new customer acquisition and a strong personal network.
