Qualifications What you should bring with you: 2-3 years of professional experience as HR generalist a confident and customer-oriented demeanor communication skills, experience in negotiations eager to learn, motivated, a proactive approach, being solution-oriented a university degree or similar qualification is recommended very good ability to work in a team fluent German and English skills knowledge in labor law is helpful
