We are on the hunt for a proactive, hands-on digital marketing and sales expert on an hourly basis with a go-getter mentality. Your role will encompass the A to Z of paid ad campaigns – from crafting the perfect ad copy to reporting results to our clients. Important: You need to write and speak English & German fluently.
Tasks
* Draft compelling ad copies that resonate with our clients' target audience.
* Configure and manage tracking tools such as Meta, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
* Design, run, and manage efficient paid ad campaigns on Meta.
* Report campaign results and insights to our clients in a concise and understandable manner.
* Ensure efficient and effective sales lead generation internally and externally.
* Collaborate with our internal sales team on reaching and converting new clients.
Requirements
* Start-up experience of working on campaigns for lead generation.
* Solid understanding of performance marketing and sales and how these two interact with each other.
* Proficiency in copywriting & basic design tools (Canva, Sketch, Adobe)
* Ability to set up and understand tracking metrics (Meta pixel, Meta domain verification, Hotjahr, Google Analytics)
* Excellent communication skills in German & English – can break down complex jargon into simple terms for our clients.
* Proactivity: Anticipating challenges, taking action, and suggesting better methods makes you an asset.
