This role will focus on developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for IGEL’s software solutions and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product success and market adoption.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Market Research & AnalysisConduct in-depth research on target markets and user needs.Identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.Product Strategy & RoadmapDevelop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for IGEL’s innovative solutions.Define and prioritize features to align with customer needs and market opportunities.Drive buy-in for the product vision from internal stakeholders and leadership.Go-to-Market ExecutionCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the product’s value proposition, messaging, and positioning.Lead product launches, demos, and presentations tailored for diverse customer segments.Develop go-to-market collateral, sales tools, and customer support documentation.Cross-functional CollaborationServe as a bridge between engineering, design, and business teams.Facilitate regular communication and alignment on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Customer-Centric ApproachLead user testing and feedback loops to ensure products meet the needs of end users.Continuously gather feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to improve the product offering.Data-Driven Decision MakingDefine and track key product success metrics (e.g., adoption, usage, NPS) to inform future development.Leverage data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for product growth.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in software, IT solutions, or SaaS products.Experience launching SaaS or OS-based products.Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.Preferred Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of IGEL OS, VDI, or software management platforms.Familiarity with software platforms, user experience tools, or IT platforms is a strong plus.Technical acumen to engage with engineering teams on product development.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Interested?
