Tasks
As an App Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at livil, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our mobile applications. You’ll be responsible for driving user growth, engagement, and retention across various digital channels. This role requires a creative, data-driven individual who is passionate about digital marketing, understands app marketing dynamics, and can help us scale in a competitive market.
* App Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote livil’s mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
* User Acquisition:
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
* App Store Optimization (ASO):
Drive ASO strategies to maximize visibility, ranking, and downloads of the app across the Google Play and Apple App Store.
* User Retention:
Design and execute campaigns focused on increasing user retention and engagement, leveraging push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing.
* Partnerships:
Identify and manage partnerships with automotive platforms, influencers, and other relevant players to boost app visibility.
* Data-Driven Decisions:
Analyze key performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
* Creative Content Development:
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials, including ads, landing pages, videos, and more.
* Customer Research:
Conduct interviews with members of the target group and users to derive insights for our product and marketing decisions.
* Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient and impactful campaigns that deliver a high return on investment (ROI).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, development, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and customer needs.
Requirements
* Experience:
3+ years of experience in app marketing, preferably with a focus on user acquisition and engagement.
Experience in growing a user base tenfold, for example: from 100.000 users to 1.000.000 users
Experience in growing a user base in different markets, for example Germany and the US
* Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and understanding of key mobile metrics (CPI, CTR, Retention, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience with user engagement tools (e.g., push notifications, email campaigns).
Familiarity with automotive or productivity app markets is a plus.
* Languages:
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken): Strong communication skills are most important in this role. Being fluent in both German and English, ensures effective communication in our diverse business environment.
* Teamwork:
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

* Education:
