The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
* Leading projects to develop and implement efficient and complementary media management (gases, liquids and chemicals) in our factories, taking into account strategic objectives as well as cost, time and quality requirements
* Demand and requirements management, laboratory approval procedures for certain materials in the context of the chemical safety process
* Development, proposal and coordination of the implementation of company-wide organizational structures, processes, tools, procedures, standards and lessons learned in the field of media management
* Evaluate, interpret and ensure the application of new technologies, external and internal regulations and standards for media management
* Analysis and optimization of existing media management processes to increase efficiency and sustainability
* Leading global working groups and collaborating with internal departments as well as external partners and authorities on media management issues
* Preparation of reports and documentation on media volumes, types, methods
What you need for our CELLebration
* Completed university studies in environmental management, process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in media management with gases, liquids and chemicals
* In-depth knowledge of demand and requirements management, regulations and approval processes for chemical safety
* Strong team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
* Experience with MS Office applications

What to look forward to
* Flexible working time models from 28 to 40 hours per week
