Your mission We are a casual mobile game publisher (Gimica) and leading loyalty platform operator (JustPlay). Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby through our JustPlay loyalty rewards app. Powered by our subsidiary Gimica - one of the largest casual game publishers - our games reach millions of players, with our solitaire game ranking among the most downloaded card games in the U.S. We are looking for a Management Assistant to support Gimica’s Managing Director / JustPlay’s CFO. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an efficient daily routine by managing both operational and strategic tasks, ensuring our leadership is well-prepared and supported in both business and personal matters. Additionally, you will help coordinate our local (serviced) Gimica Grünwald office (5 team members), ensuring seamless operations, facilitating visits from the JustPlay Berlin HQ, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
