David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a German speaking Payroll Specialist to join their team in Essen, Germany.
Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Essen, Germany, on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage employee data, attendance, absences, and leave records.
* Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
* Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters to employees.
* Issue necessary certificates and documentation.
* Perform general administrative tasks.
* Collaborate closely with employees and management.
REQUIREMENTS
* Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
* Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.
* At least 1 years experience in German payroll and labor law.
* Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.
* Ability to work on-site.
* High attention to detail.
