Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD TS/SCI security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification allows employees the to be tax exempt for both Germany and US, in addition to other great perks ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of USEUCOM systems. Research, develop, and coordinate policies for multiple intrusion detection/prevention systems, both at the host and perimeter levels. Monitor security events using log collection tools, assess threats, and triage potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to address identified vulnerabilities and implement solutions. Oversee and manage cybersecurity tools such as ESS/HBSS, ACAS, Carbon Black, and Splunk. Conduct comprehensive threat analysis, identify potential risks, and coordinate with internal and external teams for resolution. Perform continuous monitoring and security auditing to ensure robust protection against evolving threats. Ensure security testing is executed and documented in compliance with DoD standards. Offer technical guidance on information systems security throughout their lifecycle. Maintain awareness of common cybersecurity tools and enterprise security devices. Leverage expertise in Microsoft and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and SIEM tools like Splunk. Required QUALIFICATIONS Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance. Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement. Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree 3 years of recent specialized experience, or Associate’s degree 7 years, or equivalent certifications 7 years, or 11 years of relevant experience. DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification and a relevant Computing Environment Certification. Strong understanding of DoD IT Risk Management Framework (RMF), USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-DoDIN. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with ESS/HBSS, ACAS, and other cybersecurity tools for system monitoring and vulnerability management. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Certifications such as Microsoft Azure (Server Administration), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE). Experience with Microsoft SCCM, ElasticSearch, PowerBI, and/or other reporting and analysis tools. Familiarity with DoD IT security standards and best practices. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS In rare/some occasions, overnight travel may be required. Active Passport in support of OCONUS travel and/or living requirements. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.
