Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. In this role you will lead the monthly reporting ensuring correct reporting of consolidated figures. You will perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for our leadership team and will provide the organization with meaningful and relevant business information. You will be responsible for calculating, reviewing, analyzing and continuously improving KPIs and give appropriate recommendations to the business. You will plan investments and align these across the business while following up monthly. Overall, you will become a main business partner for our overseas production entities and will collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Lastly, you will represent finance in projects such as new product developments or productivity improvements. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or comparable educational background with firsthand experience in a similar role and with a keen financial acumen is required. You have a good knowledge and understanding of MS Excel, SAP, business warehouse systems and reporting tools such as HFM. You have a “customer service” mindset and are a proactive and detail orientated person. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
