* Partner Growth & Market Expansion – Support and identify partners in the American market
* Strategic Partner Onboarding – Identify and onboard new channel partners
* Training & Enablement – Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
* Performance Management & Growth – Manage partner performance and develop strategies to boost sales and revenue
* Relationship Building & Collaboration – Develop and maintain strong partnerships to achieve mutual goals
* Sales & Channel Alignment – Work closely with the sales team to streamline efforts
* Partner Programs & Incentives – Develop and implement training, marketing, and incentive programs
* Data-Driven Performance Tracking – Measure and report partner performance using key sales and revenue metrics
* Product & Solution Support – Guide partners on product offerings and solutions
* Industry Engagement & Networking – Represent the company at events and conferences to build relationships

* Location & Market Expertise: You are based in the New York City area with knowledge of the U.S. market
* Sales Channel Experience: You have 3-5 years in sales channel management or sales in the American market.
* CRM Proficiency: You are skilled in customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Communication & Presentation Skills: You have strong verbal and written skills with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
* Sales Knowledge & Strategy: You have a good understanding of sales techniques and strategic approaches
* Relationship Management: You have the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships
* Problem-Solving & Negotiation: You are skilled in addressing challenges and negotiating effectively
* Time & Organizational Skills: You haves strong ability to manage tasks and stay organized
* Teamwork & Independence: You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* Adaptability & Flexibility: You are willing to embrace change and new challenges
* Growth Mindset: You eager to learn and advance in channel management.
* Educational Background: You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
