In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Order Processing: Handling price inquiries, orders, change orders, coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP and invoicing via SAP R/3 Customer Contact: Receiving and processing incoming customer calls and emails in German and English Close Coordination: Working closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales targets KPI: maximize order to sales, minimize goods in transit Complaint Handling: Processing complaints in collaboration with the credit department Master Data Maintenance: Maintaining the SAP R/3 system data The essential requirements of the job include: Successfully completed commercial training with at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferably in multinational company Self-reliant, focused, results-driven, flexible Fluent English skills, strong German skills desirable Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 module SD) Join our winning team today.
