To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed and experienced Full-time employee (m/f/d) in the areas of Human Resources, Accounting, and Administration In this multifaceted position, you will provide valuable support to the managing director and the management team, taking on responsible tasks that contribute to the efficiency and successful organization of our company. Your Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) - Focus (Work Share 60%): Management of human resources, particularly in personnel administration, planning, and development. Responsible for the entire personnel area, specifically the processes of recruitment and their implementation, maintenance of the salary and wage system (including market surveys), and standardized performance evaluations. Responsible for payroll and personnel documentation while ensuring strict compliance with GDPR and labor law. Point of contact for all HR-related matters. Execution of personnel measures and processes. Accounting (Work Share 30%): Support and responsibility for the areas of Management Accounting, Costing, Operational Controlling, and Reporting. Support and responsibility in the operational budgeting process, including the preparation of short- and medium-term corporate goals, the creation of operational budgets and plans, their result analyses, and their monitoring. Administration (Work Share: 10%): Management and organization of administrative tasks. Responsible and efficient support for administrative projects, such as insurance management and assistance with accommodation searches for our international team. What we expect: Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration. Several years of professional experience in the fields of HR, Accounting, and Administration. Excellent knowledge in the field of personnel management. Proficient in management accounting, budgeting, operational controlling, and reporting. Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work. Self-reliant, accountable, and solution-oriented work style. Proficient in common office applications (particularly Excel) and accounting software. Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
