Your role Accompany the decision makers concerning organisational development initiatives Advise faculty management on HR and people management topics (e.g. interpersonal relationships, conflict management, staffing, labor law) Understand organizational needs and translate them into appropriate HR actions and solutions Provide solutions that align both the legal framework and internal policies Collaborate on workforce planning in collaboration with decision makers Facilitate change processes, acting as key partner in their successful implementation Advise on HR tools, systems and best practices to promote continuous improvement and efficiency Support HR processes implementation and drive ongoing development Take on various operational activities about recruitment, selection, integration, training, development and employee mobility Ensure execution of administrative actions guaranteeing full compliance with HR policies and employment conditions Your profile Master''s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline +10 years of experience in a Human Resources related environment A first experience in a research environment is considered as a great asset Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices A strong, assertive personality, with excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills in complex situations Agility and adaptability, able to respond to changing priorities and needs with quick, effective solutions Diplomacy and excellent communications skills Team player with a mature, collaborative approach Solution oriented attitude, balancing short term priorities with long term goals Ability to handle a wide ra
