* Ensuring solid and sustainable HR work in MINTH Europe
* Being responsible for all HR related issues
* Close cooperation with MINTH Group to ensure alignment with company rules and principles in accordance with German legislation
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for all operational HR tasks
* Understand the business strategy, help the business with organization diagnosis, and provide professional HR suggestions, plan and participate in the strategy implementation
* Provide professional support to the organization and talent development, periodically conduct organization and talent reviews, and provide the tailor-made HR solutions on behalf of recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, culture and ER etc.
* Interpret and inherit Minth culture, build communication channels and ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the organization.
* Identify and monitor the company's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
* Promote the company level changes, help with the upgrade of the HR policies, process and system, then enhance the HR efficiency.
* Proactively communication with business management team, front-line managers and employees in various forms to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels.
* Responsibility for the HR budget, Admin Budget and labor cost budget control
* Ensure compliance with the guidelines of Minth Group in accordance to local law in all actions
* Consult and support the management as well as the employees in all HR-related questions
* Working closely with external partners
* Responsible for Admin and IT
Qualifications and required skills:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 5+ years’ work experience in HR, at least 1 to 3 years in a leading role in an international environment, adapting to the fusion of German and Chinese cultures
* Profound knowledge of all HR-related issues (generalist)
* Very good knowledge in German labor law and regulations
* Fluent German, English, Chinese language skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system
* Strong social competencies (motivator, interpersonal skills)
* Highly engaged, flexible and analytical thinking and diplomatic skills; Hands-on mentality
* Performance driven, can work under great pressure
