This leadership role will be responsible for managing the development of the supply planning and inventory planning function, as this organisation continues to acquire new businesses and transition their focus to an international vision.
What the role is:
* Own the European Supply planning and Inventory Management processes for all products
* Develop, and own roll-out for new improvement processes
* Establish and drive processes to ensure clear interfaces of communication throughout the end-to-end supply chain
* Support the respective local teams through coaching / supporting identification of continuous improvement actions to improve integration with Commercial teams and supply chain efficiency
What the role requires:
* Able to positively engage with all the Country-level supply chain teams across Europe
* Stakeholder management expertise to effectively negotiate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer etc)
* Strong leadership competencies – ability to motivate teams and execute change management topics internationally
* Proven track record managing and developing Production Planning/Supply Chain Planning/S&OP Processes
* Fluency in English and German
