Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy for our portfolio, focused on improving the ICU. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
* Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven success in sales leadership within the ventilation or critical care medical device industry.
