EQ dynamics in-service sales coach training will begin in May. Increasingly, companies can train their sellers in the profession by their superiors or from experienced colleagues, as it is usually cheaper than sending staff to external seminars. In addition, regular short trainings are sustainable as unique seminar visits if they are professionally planned and carried out. Against this background, the Munich training and consulting firm EQ dynamics international will start a 10-session in-service training for the sales coach in early May. The title of the training is: Emotionally Intelligent Guide to Successful Selling. The multi-stage training is designed for executives in sales and experienced sellers, whose current or future tasks are to train employees or colleagues.
The sales coach training consists of four three-day seminar and training modules. In the first module, participants will deal with the question: How can I build a trust relationship with other people, so that they take up my suggestions and impulses? This question is central not only in training and coaching of employees but also in everyday sales when it comes to building customer relationships. In the second module, participants will explore their task and role as a coach. They will discuss the necessary framework conditions for successful sales coaching and address the fears, concerns, and uncertainties that aspiring coaches must account for when motivating their pupils to engage in more active selling behavior.
In the third module, selected seller tasks and challenges in everyday sales will be the focus. Experienced sellers will revisit how to determine which (not yet) customers are worth a commitment, how to attract their interest, and how to secure signed agreements. The aim is to refresh the sales expertise of prospective coaches and develop strategies to pass on this knowledge to colleagues. In the fourth module, participants will design concepts for coaching measures, developing coaching plans and training sequences for individuals and teams that take into account their skills and development potential. Aspiring coaches will also practice making arrangements with their pupils to ensure that what they learned is applied in everyday sales.
