Job Description
* Design and update technical service training for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
* Align training content with HQ in Japan and the European distributor network
* Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
* Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)
Qualifications
* A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
* Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service - from a dealership or workshop environment
* A genuine interest in training and education - prior training experience is helpful but not required
* Solid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training content
* Strong self-organization, curiosity, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
* You communicate clearly and confidently - and know how to connect with different people, whether they are from other countries or have different technical backgrounds
* A car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage
