We are on the hunt for a passionate Senior Recruiter Tech & Data (all genders) to join our team and help us find and hire exceptional tech talent.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Be the Detective: Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to uncover the exact requirements and qualifications for open positions. You’ll take the lead on the entire recruiting process, from crafting job postings that stand out to pre-selecting candidates, coordinating and leading interviews.
2. Source Like a Pro: Build a strong tech talent pool by utilizing a variety of platforms and networks to identify and approach potential candidates.
3. Evaluate Excellence: Assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates
4. Candidate Experience Maestro: As the primary point of contact for our applicants, you’ll ensure a 5-star candidate experience from start to finish.
5. Seal the Deal: Once you've found the perfect new team member, you’ll negotiate and prepare employment contracts, kicking off and accompanying an outstanding onboarding experience from day one.
6. Onboarding Partner: Act as the onboarding partner for your hires during their first six months. You’ll stay in regular contact, ensuring the onboarding process is smooth, and the newcomer feels right at home from the get-go.
7. Team Player: Work closely with our People Partners on workforce planning and monitoring the recruiting status across various departments.
8. Smells like Team Spirit: Whether it's during our weekly (virtual) team meetings, in the office or at our regular P&C Social Afternoon, we believe in fostering a strong team spirit and enjoying the journey together.
What we are looking for:
9. Experienced talent seeker, with at least 4 years of experience in technology and data recruiting, with a focus on software and hardware in a fast-paced tech environment.
10. A deep understanding of the Tech & Data industry and specifics.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
12. Proven experience in active sourcing and building a tech talent pool.
13. High level of creativity and the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
14. Fluency in German and English.
15. Experience with Personio is a plus.
