Role Summary
They are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in micro-inverters and BESS sales. The role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing product expertise to distributors and installers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities to meet targets.
* Build strong relationships with distributors and installers.
* Educate customers on product features and benefits.
* Monitor market trends and provide feedback to internal teams.
* Support customers with technical and product-related needs.
About you:
* Experience in micro-inverters, BESS.
* 1-3 years in the solar PV market.
* Fluent German and English.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
