Description Job Overview Spare parts inventory planning for the seven EMEA countries: IT, PT, ES, FI, NO, DK, and SE. The spare parts are distributed across 650 different storage locations, including central national warehouses, depots, and technician car stocks. This role involves planning and controlling inventory levels in the above-mentioned locations while ensuring the agreed spare parts availability per country. Responsibilities Planning, defining, and maintaining target stock levels (TSLs) for technicians, depots, and warehouses Regular review of TSLs to account for changing consumption patterns Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all inventory management topics within the countries Setting up TSLs upon request Aligning TSLs with the operational teams in the respective countries Coordinating with the global logistics team of spare parts planners to ensure parts availability Collaborating with logistics and field service managers to understand and support national service operations Driving inventory reduction activities and initiating the return of unused spare parts Acting as an escalation point in case of backlog situations. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service within the IT technology sector MBA degree or proven experience and success in a similar role Experience in material management and planning Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of SAP R/3 Strong analytical and communication skills, team player Fluent in English (spoken and written), negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in spare parts management in mission-critical environments Familiarity with material planning and supply chain management tools. LI-KK2
