Job Title: International Sales Manager - Europe (PVC & HDPE Pipes)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to drive the sales and business development of PVC and HDPE Pipes in the European Union (EU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the market presence, managing key client relationships, and meeting revenue goals in compliance with local regulations and business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
2. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive sales growth for PVC and HDPE pipes in the EU region.
3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
4. Client Management:
5. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, project consultants, and end clients in the region.
6. Collaborate closely with key clients to provide technical support, product knowledge, and post-sales assistance.
7. Market Research:
8. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
9. Provide inputs for product modifications based on regional customer preferences and compliance requirements.
10. Sales Performance:
11. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned region.
12. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
13. Compliance and Documentation:
14. Ensure compliance with EU regulations regarding imports, certifications, and product approvals.
15. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
16. Team Collaboration:
17. Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, R&D) to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
18. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations in the EU region.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or Engineering (preferably in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial).
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales, specifically in PVC and HDPE pipes or similar industrial products.
* Strong understanding of EU regulatory compliance related to pipe imports and product certifications.
* Proven track record of sales achievements in the international market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel frequently within Europe.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in managing large B2B sales and government projects (infrastructure, water supply, irrigation, etc.).
* Multilingual proficiency (English mandatory; proficiency in European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus).
* Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools for sales and customer management.
