In this role you will: Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data, including new starters, leavers, salary changes and deductions Collaborate with the Payroll Team to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, assisting with the completion of required paperwork and collaborating with our wider teams to ensure new employees have the tools and access they need on their first day Maintain and update onboarding materials and processes to enhance the employee experience Coordinate the offboarding process including preparing documentation, updating the HR systems & platforms, and managing access and the return of assets for departing employees Implement and maintain HRIS systems to support efficient data management and reporting across different regions Be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely follow-up and action to offer a seamless employee experience Utilize your knowledge of global HR practices and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and customs in various regions Adapt HR processes and policies to accommodate the needs of a diverse, international workforce Collaborate with the HR team on global initiatives and projects We would love to hear from you if you have: A Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Grown your experience over the last 3 years in a similar HR operations role.Experience in HR Operations for Belgium, Germany or Italy is required.An expert understanding of global HR practices and regulations and are HRIS savvy Are detailed orientated and quality focused Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Have strong problem-solving skills, business acumen and a commercial mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
