Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ads Sales Manager to join our Ads team in Berlin, Germany. This role focuses on managing the entire sales process for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) clients, helping them leverage Wolt Ads to achieve their business goals. You will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions. You will: Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our merchant ads business. Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, and deal closure. Negotiate and close advertising deals that maximize merchant growth, revenue, product adoption, and customer engagement. Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on ROI and key trends. Build and Manage Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with local SMB merchants. Deliver high-quality sales presentations and manage objections effectively. Provide ongoing support, including technical training on the Wolt Ads platform and after-sales service. Optimize Sales Processes: Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing long-term client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local Account Management & Sales teams, global Ads team, marketing) to achieve shared goals.
