» Your tasks:
1. Responsibility for the independent management of projects within corporate development
2. Management of internal and external project resources
3. Management of project teams and their consultants
4. Interface and close cooperation with the product and central divisions and their managing directors/heads in the context of analyses and projects
5. Monitoring key projects within the Group
6. Responsibility for designing and preparing key reports for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the management of the product companies
7. Networking within the Group and qualification for further tasks, also internationally
8. Direct reporting line to the Head of Corporate Development
» Your profile:
9. Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or a comparable education
10. At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a leading (in-house) management consultancy with module/project responsibility or in corporate development
11. Experience in dynamic corporate environments with cross-border tasks
12. Experience in managing and leading strategic projects as well as in the conception and moderation of workshops at top management level
13. Successful management of change processes and implementations
14. Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a portion of enthusiasm to contribute to the achievement of company goals through a collegial, team-oriented attitude
15. Performance-oriented and excellent people skills
16. Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
17. Business fluent in German and English
