Responsibilities:
1. Lead the procurement operations team, P2P projects and catalogue management and support countries with the implementation of the global procurement policy.
2. Lead process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Develop, implement and define purchasing processes in close collaboration with Purchasing and other functions.
4. Define detailed functional requirements for the projects and develop implementation plans in close cooperation with stakeholders.
5. Enhance the roadmap for digital transformation to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.
6. Maintain and further develop KPIs and metrics to monitor S2P process performance and drive continuous improvement through analysis.
7. Act as the lead for functional and cross-functional internal audits in procurement, including managing resolution of assigned corrective actions.
8. Work closely with the business leaders to position the business for future growth and product portfolio expansion.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
2. Min. 5-8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on process design, optimization and improvement.
3. Leadership experience with a track record of progression.
4. Strong facilitation, influential, and people skills: ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas and taking others with you to deliver the business needs.
5. Analytical and result oriented.
6. Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an asset.
