POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Responsabilidades Clave Responder llamadas entrantes y atender consultas de clientes sobre productos y servicios financieros, como cuentas bancarias, prstamos, tarjetas de crdito y opciones de inversin. Abordar y resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfaccin del cliente.
