RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Represent the company and their clients on a topnotch level, providing high quality customer experience via telephone, chat and e-mail;
* Handle inbound voice sales orders (order processing, upselling, comparisons), customer service inquiries (billing, tracking, description details, etc..);
* Achieve excellent customer satisfaction, focusing on the clients’ needs and offering the best possible solution.
Dein Profil
* Fluency in Dutch language and a professional level of English is required;
* Comprehensive training will be provided, making this role accessible to candidates with varying levels of experience;
* Possess a positive attitude and attention to detail;
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both verbal and written;
* Outgoing, professional manner with an infectious energy that inspires confidence in clients
