HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d)
To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Prepare monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with current tax and social security regulations, and manage all related follow-up activities
2. Independently handle reporting, notifications, and certificate management, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and other institutions
3. Be responsible for maintaining employee records and managing absence administration
4. Manage correspondence with employees
5. Assist in audits and year-end closing processes
6. Create reports, statistics, analyses, and provide general reporting
7. Contribute to HR projects and support HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
8. Completed commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk
9. Initial professional experience in payroll or HR administration
10. Proficiency in using DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ATOSS
11. Highly meticulous and accurate working style, with strong reliability and flexibility
12. High level of integrity, discretion, and absolute dependability
13. Strong hands-on mentality
14. Good English and German language skills, both spoken and written
15. Team player with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude
