Account Manager Catalysts (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow customer interactions, focusing on precious metal (PM) catalysts in custom business models and market catalysts sales.
* Provide sales forecasts, negotiate, and close contracts with price authority above defined limit prices.
* Lead and coordinate new projects from initial contact to commercial and legal negotiations, ensuring profitable deals.
* Identify and specify customer needs, generate leads, and coordinate lead qualification.
* Coordinate turning leads into opportunities, develop business cases, and present solutions to customers.
* Seek new business opportunities, partners, and customers, while managing existing relationships and collaborating with marketing, technology, innovation, and licensing teams.
Requirements:
* PhD or Master's degree in chemistry, catalysis, or chemical engineering, or equivalent.
* Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, process engineering, marketing, and customer-facing roles in the catalyst industry.
* Knowledge of technical, commercial, and compliance aspects of PM businesses, supporting customers through full-loop business steps.
* Excellent communication skills in English, negotiation, account management, and networking abilities.
* Able to convince and influence through thinking and customer focus.
