YOUR ROLE
At P&G, collaborative partnerships with our retail customers are fundamental to the continued growth and success of our mutual business. You are the direct link between our innovative products, strategic marketing, and retailers.
Use your drive and ingenuity From Day 1, you will receive your own projects to contribute to the team and business that you are working within. Through these you gain insight into how we work and what we do in Sales: creating new ideas to implement our product and promotion initiatives at the Point of Sale. We are analyzing sell-out and shopper data to identify sales potential. And we derive fundamental insights to sustainably grow the category and our brands. In addition, you engage with internal stakeholders from all functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product Supply) to expand your knowledge, meet customer requirements, and achieve your project objectives. Bring your ideas to the table! We are curious to hear them.
Within the Sales function, you might join P&G in one of three teams: Key Account Management, Market Strategy Management, or Category Management. Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
1. You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
2. You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
3. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
4. You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
5. You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
6. You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
7. Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
