For our Site in Dortmund we are now looking for a Precision Assembler (M/F/T)
Your tasks:
1. Assembly of complex mechanical seals of different types as well as of seal supply systems. Focus on gas-lubricated seals for compressors
2. Quality assurance - checking and recording dimensions, carrying out pressure tests on individual parts and assemblies
3. Assemblies, support with the spin test of ceramics rings
4. Supporting the repair process of mechanical seals: identifying the type of defect and the scope of repair of the defect, cleaning and reconditioning repairable components
5. Support for testing mechanical seals in the test field
6. Ensure workplace organization according to 6S criteria and support improvement
7. Two Shifts Operations (Früh und Mittagschicht)
Your profile:
8. Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, fitter or similar
9. Knowledge in handling the relevant measuring equipment
10. Initial experience with complex assembly tasks desirable
11. Flexibility, commitment, initiative, communication skills
