What you´ll do
* Develop execute and implements global HR Systems strategy and processes
* Initiate ideas and develop best practice to keep in line with corporate development
* Maintain close communication with dx and Regional CoE team, supports global roll-outs ofGlobal Owner of HR Systems GHR, Midas, CRM and MyHR globally in cooperation with dx
* Represent the respective area of CoE and communications to dx, CoE and Corp. HR BP
* Own, coordinate and monitor maintenance & enhancements processes in SAP Systems
* Evaluate and improve policies, processes, systems, and tools
* Ensure compliance and analyse project KPIs
* Manage providers in terms of service quality and cost
What makes you a good fit
* Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and/or complianceAbility to develop, execute, and align global HR System Strategy and Processes across regions
* Strong communication skills in building relationships and maintaining close communication with internal/externalstakeholders and HR community
* Deep understanding of SAP HR Systems, Business Warehouse and CRM
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
