YOUR EXCITING TASKS
* Strategic leadership: You take responsibility for the commercial success of your team and the entire business model in the SAP Banking division. Your focus is on the sustainable development and retention of employees.
* Team building and development: You shape success by recruiting, training and developing your team. Your employee retention measures actively contribute to the growth of the Competence Center.
* Project work: You are actively involved in customer projects and contribute your expertise as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer or Software Architect.
* Customer relationship management: You build and maintain strategic relationships with our banking customers and further develop the SAP portfolio in your region.
* Leadership development: You will be specifically prepared and supported in your new role through our "adesso qualified leadership" management training.
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
* SAP expertise: You have sound experience in SAP development, consulting or architecture and have already worked in various areas (e.g. SAP CML, SAP DM, SAP BCA, SAP CMS, SAP FSBP, S/4HANA, FI, CO, SAP on Azure).
* Leadership skills: You are a competent leader who builds and motivates teams in a goal-oriented manner. You can inspire your employees with confidence and clear objectives.
* Industry knowledge: Ideally, you have a strong network in the banking industry that you can use profitably to open up new business opportunities.
* Leadership experience: You already have experience in leading teams or projects and can further develop your leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills: You communicate confidently and convincingly at all levels - internally and externally.
