You are responsible for managing our group and investment controlling team at the headquarters and managing the related reporting processes, policies and systems in close collaboration with the finance teams of subsidiaries worldwide.
Responsible for the proper and timely of the monthly and annual IFRS financial statements preparation of the consolidated subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements
Lead financial reporting and planning processes and manage reporting structures for actuals, forecasting and variance analysis at group level
Perform regular analysis of the group company’s financial performance and derive measures to improve
Develop further our controlling processes and the integrated reporting system to create meaningful dashboards and improve our business analytics, e.g. through AI-based solutions
Collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders and in particular with local finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, planning, and cash flow management
Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision papers to drive the global finance strategy
Coach, lead and develop the team by fostering professional growth within a collaborative and excellence-oriented team culture
Prepare commented reporting and presentations for committees, management and external stakeholder (e.g. supervision board, management board, banks, etc.)
Lead or support cross-functional projects of the management board e.g. Integration of new subsidiaries, M&A activities, business plans/strategies, strategic investments
YOU KNOW

Master’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or an equivalent field.
5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a multinational company with 5000+ employees.
Excellent knowledge of group controlling tools and methods, IFRS accounting principles, group consolidation, financial analytics, process modelling and KPI analysis
Mastery of finance, group reporting and investment controlling. Ideally already confident SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Tagetik, SAP S/4HANA,
Commercial mindset with the ability to link financial insights to business performance measures.
Open to new topics and challenges with good project management skills
Experience in advising management and interacting effectively in international matrix organizations
Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently by reaching targets
Excellent leadership skills to build effective teams and develop professional growth
Willingness to travel regularly internationally
Fluent in English and German
