AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You will:
* Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
* Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and more) to drive engagement and growth.
* Own the end-to-end project management of campaigns—strategy, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
* Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
* Monitor, report, and optimize marketing performance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
You bring:
* 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
* A generalist mindset—you’re comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and optimization.
* A data-driven approach, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
* Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that drive market share and revenue growth.
* Experience in the US market—either having worked in the US or marketing to a US-based audience.
* A highly adaptable and hands-on attitude, thriving in an environment that requires both strategic thinking and execution.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring teams together and drive alignment.

Interview Process:
* Recruiter Interview: A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to learn about your career motivations and provide insights into the role and team.
* Hiring Manager Interview: A 45-minute interview to delve deeper into the role and assess your technical skills.
* Panel Interview: A 90-minute session with the team, including a presentation of a short case study (instructions provided in advance).
