Location: Neuenburg am Rhein, Germany The BDM reports to the Director, Business Development and is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion. The responsible will focus on generating new leads, improving market presence, and increasing revenue through new customer acquisition, relationship management, and exploring new markets or products. Additionally, will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. To ensure the full and detailed utilization of Salesforce (CRM) To nurture and strengthen customer relationship and loyalty To report all market information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition, etc. To ensure that all Business Review Meeting with each responsible functional unit are conducted regularly with valuable and detailed information to support your profitable growth mission. To support in the management of distributors, partners, and Agents used in the assigned territory To Focus on price management as a key factor to maximize profit levels, while minimizing your marketing cost. To ensure that you and your future team have the necessary tools to perform your job efficiently and in a professional manner To plan routine visits to all our major customers, in order to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship. To proactively identify and follow up on customer problems internally and externally, in order to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products reliability and service support. The territory will include all of Europe, with a focus short term in Germany, Spain and France. To support the business in other territories, as required. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Team player / team builder. Entrepreneurial. Negotiation skills. Strong Customer Focus Strong Financial Acumen. Transparent. Minimum 5 years in International Business Development Environment. You are expected to travel extensively in the region to support and follow up on all the regional opportunities.
